Important - the situation related to COVID-19

Everyone probably follows the news about the COVID-19 virus.

The situation is so serious that many companies had to slow down and even close their offices, sale and service points. Closures mainly apply to large area stores and shopping centres, as well as cultural and municipal institutions, where it is possible to gather many people in close distance.

Nevertheless, we assure you that our company is open. Due to the nature of the business, there is no need to close the enterprise.

However, we would like to inform you that we have adopted and propagated the recommendations of the Ministry of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate.

Our employees from the sales and marketing department can work remotely, but are still available by email and phone.

We ask our clients and partners for understanding. Matters requiring direct contact (especially discussing inquiries, orders) should be resolved electronically if possible.

Our international courier UPS works normally, so all foreign orders are processed.

However, please check for updates on the UPS website. Some countries and regions have their own restrictions.

On 16 March 2020, Polish Post announced the suspension of accepting foreign shipments, which is connected with the inability to send free samples outside Poland. For this purpose, we recommend using the courier UPS (paid service). We also remind you that examples of our work are available, among others on Facebook and Instagram. We are also able to provide photos by email.

We promote frequent and thorough hand washing according to the 30 seconds schedule, which is publicly available.

For this purpose in all bathrooms there is a constant access to liquid soap dispensers.

We observe the hygiene of coughing and breathing, and keep a safe distance from each other. We avoid greeting by shaking hands.
