Senior cards

As in the case of the Large Family Card, Senior Cards are issued to local governments, e.g. the city, commune or voivodship office. However, they are addressed to people over 60 years of age.

In addition, many companies, such as large-format stores, issue their own discount card dedicated to seniors.

The plastic card for a senior is similar to a credit card. Its format is 86×54 mm, 0,76 mm thick, has standard rounded corners.

As a senior card manufacturer, we would like to familiarize you with the specifics of their production. We hope that the article below will answer many questions.

The most important thing you need to know is that we never produce individual senior cards for private individuals. It happens that we get inquiries about the implementation of a duplicate, but we do not undertake such an order and we immediately refuse.

The smallest quantity of ordering of senior cards is 200 pcs.

Usually the senior card has simple graphics and typical additional options, such as a special place for manually writing data. Our cards are also suitable for personalization in thermo printers, such as Evolis, Zebra, Datacard, so instead of the signature stripe you can leave the project empty fields for later printing of names, surnames and card numbers.

Please note that the graphics for the senior card must be larger than the format of the card after cutting. In the graphics program, therefore, specify 89×57 mm (rectangle).

n the case of the senior card, there are two options for personalizing (placing variable data) in the empty fields:

• data printing
• manual entry with a pen or marker

If you decide on the first option, remember to prepare a separate project for printing a senior card and a visualization separately containing a preview of personalization.

Regarding the second option – the one with the signature stripes. We need from you an additional file with a preview of their location. The belt file must be made of 100% K (black).
