Custom shape and size cards

A standard card is most often a rectangle with rounded corners, measuring 54 mm x 86 mm and 0.76 mm thick. However, a plastic card does not have to be just a standard rectangle, it can also have a non-standard size, unusual or even fancy shape. A properly designed card will perfectly match the visual identification of your company.

Thanks to modern plastic card production technologies, cards can be made in various shapes and sizes, beyond the standard rectangular shape. Their non-standard shapes and sizes will make the card unique and strengthen the organization’s brand.

Such non-standard cards may have the shape of a badge, keychain, car, heart, square, circle, etc. Or they may have an enlarged size, e.g., A7 (74 x 105 mm) or A6 (105 x 148 mm).

Examples of custom shaped cards

• Thinner cards.
  The standard card dimensions are rounded 54 mm x 86 mm, thickness 0.76 mm. On request, we can also make thinner cards, with a thickness of approx. 0.50 mm (laminated cards) and 0.32 mm (lacquered cards).
• Cards with a key tag to break off.
  This type of card is very popular, especially as a loyalty card, and is often found in retail chains. Such a card may have, for example, a variable barcode, the same or different on each element. It is possible to cut a round hole in key rings (in the middle, at the top, or in the corner of the mini card), which allows you to attach this element to a key ring or carabiner.
• Greeting Cards.
  Those can be plastic holiday and greeting cards in DL A6 and other formats, e.g., Easter and Christmas cards. The dimensions of greeting cards are usually DL (99×210 mm), A6 (105 x 148 mm), and even in the shape of a Christmas tree bauble. To decorate a Christmas card, we recommend selective varnish and glitter paint. Thanks to such prints, the card will have shiny Christmas motifs.
• Oblong cards.
  Rulers, bookmarks, pointers, plastic rulers – plastic cards can also be made in the form of long cards – rulers with a scale, thin bookmarks, etc. The attached photo shows a pain scale ruler with special embossing to prevent the transparent pointer from sliding off the card.

Identifiers with a format larger than standard plastic cards, cards in sizes e.g., 80×100 mm, 80×110 mm, 60×80 mm. Identification tags, e.g., for animals, with a place where you can enter the owner’s contact details, tags with a barcode, custom key tags …
