how can I estimate and place my order?
what is a minimum order?
The minimum quantity of an order is 200 pcs. Some of extras (like e.g. Pantone colours) are calculated from 1000 pcs.

what kind of plastic cards do you do?
We produce all major types of plastic cards:
- laminated plastic cards (according to ISO 7810),
- magnetic stripe cards (ISO 7811),
- proximity cards (ISO 14443),
- smart cards (ISO 7816)

what file types are accepted?
We accept files Adobe Acrobat Document (PDF). Visit our Customer Panel to find artwork guidelines. You can also download artwork guidelines here.

how to upload the whole project?
Send us your artwork via e-mail. If it is too large you can send it using FTP (ask us for access).
can you design a card for me?
Yes we can, we offer a full range of graphic designs and artwork service.
what is bleed and what is its purpose?
Bleed is an area of design, which will be trimmed off during the trimming process. Our bleeds are 1,5 mm each side. It means that the artwork of the card must have a size 89×57 mm to be confirmed for offset printing.
During cutting process there is possibility of shifting within bleeds to ensure that the artwork on the cards won’t have white lines on the edges.
Possible shifts should be concerned during designing of the artwork, because the artwork on the final plastic card will be never perfectly centered.
what payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.
Invoice for total gross amount up to € 1000 must be paid 100% in advance.
After two fully paid invoices, the third invoice will be issued with 14-days term of payment (applies to the orders for minimal gross amount of € 1000 and maximum gross amount € 6250).
It is also possible to apply for insure the payment. In case of positive verification of the application the Client receives an invoice for the period of 14-30 days. The cost of the application is € 50 and it is paid by Client).
When you make an international wire transfer (MT103 SWIFT) you can choose who pays the transfer charges. We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction.
when do you start to prepare my order?
The production of your order starts when we receive a confirmation of payment (if there was a pro forma invoice to pay) and the final print files with all information about extras (like numbering, encoding).
what is the turnaround time for cards production?
It usually takes from 7 to 10 working days (concerns cards with no extras). However the deadline depends on the quantity of cards and additional options. We offer faster lead times in the express service up to 3 working days (+100% to the price) or up to 5 working days (+50% to the price). Lead time does not include time for shipping.
how much does the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is estimated individually, depending on destination and he weight of the order. We cooperate with couriers: UPS and Schenker. We can use also other courier on Client’s demand. Contact us to estimate shipping cost for your order. Remember, please, that we need your postal code and city to make a calculation.
